Scope of Services

Directoru offers three categories of offerings:

Training Services

This includes live workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions provided by qualified instructors. Sessions may be in person or online.

Digital Products

This includes downloadable materials, online courses, and other informational resources accessible via our platform.

Physical Goods

This includes any merchandise or printed materials offered through our site.

Guidelines for Cancellations and Scheduling

Training Services

You may request to reschedule a session up to 7 days before the scheduled start. Requests made less than 7 days in advance may not be accommodated due to instructor availability.

If you cannot attend, please notify us promptly to arrange a new date. In rare cases, some specialized sessions may be nonrefundable due to venue costs and material preparation. Such nonrefundable offerings will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Digital Products

Due to immediate access upon purchase, digital products are generally nonrefundable. Please review previews and descriptions carefully before downloading.

Physical Goods

You may ship back items in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Policy

Approved refund requests are processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds will cover the purchase price and any applicable taxes.

Defective or damaged physical goods are eligible for replacement or a refund. Please provide photographic evidence of any defects when submitting a request.

Rescheduling Credits

In the event of cancellations by Directoru, you will receive full credit toward the rescheduled date or an alternative offering of equal value.

Modifications to Terms

Directoru reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting the revised version at directoru.club.
